Welcome to Verity Movement & Wellness. By accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing a membership, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before participating in our programs.

1. Use of Services

  • Our services are intended for individuals who wish to participate in yoga, pilates, fitness, and wellness classes, workshops, or memberships.

  • You agree to use our website and scheduling system (Vagaro) responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts & Bookings

  • To attend classes, you must create an account through Vagaro. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information (name, email, phone number, and payment details).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments & Memberships

  • All class passes, memberships, and workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of booking through our secure system.

  • Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and may not be shared.

  • Prices, packages, and offerings are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for drop in and class pack classes. If you cancel less than 24 hours before class or fail to attend, the class will be charged or deducted from your class pack. We maintain a 12-hour cancellation policy for Unlimited Memberships (Monthly, Auto Renew, and Yearly). If you cancel less than 12 hours before class or fail to attend, you will receive a $12 charge to your credit card on file.

  • Workshops and special events may have their own cancellation policies, which will be outlined at the time of registration.

  • Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances and at the discretion of Verity Movement & Wellness.

5. Health & Safety

  • By participating in our classes or workshops, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of taking part in the activities offered.

  • You understand that physical activity involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume responsibility for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur.

  • Always consult your physician before beginning a new exercise program.

6. Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disrupting others.

  • Respect fellow members, instructors, and the studio space.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these standards.

7. Liability Waiver

  • Verity Movement & Wellness, its owners, staff, and instructors are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur on or off premises, or as a result of participating in our programs.

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. All personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, marketing materials, and within classes (including text, images, videos, and class sequences) is the property of Verity Movement & Wellness.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
