Warm Mobility Flow
LEVEL: BEGINNER
Improve joint health and movement in Warm Mobility Flow, a mat Pilates-inspired class designed to enhance longevity through focused mobility work. Set in a warm infrared room, this class uses controlled, low-impact movements to increase flexibility, range of motion, and functional strength. The infrared heat promotes circulation, reduces muscle tension, and supports recovery, leaving you feeling mobile, balanced, and energized for whatever comes next.
HIIT Pilates
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
This dynamic class is a fusion between High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & classical Pilates principles!
It incorporates Pilates and other movement techniques, as well as powerful interval timing methods, to tone and strengthen your muscles. You can also expect a serious cardio sweat, without the pounding of high-impact training!

Sculpt & Tone
LEVEL: BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE
Get seriously sculpted in this low-impact workout from the top of your head to the tips of your toes! This full body, high-repetition workout tones and defines your arms, legs and core, without any cardio conditioning. Work all the small muscle groups and feel the burn — during and after class!
Tabata Fusion
LEVEL: BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE
In this dynamic 45min class, you’ll experience a heart-pounding, sweat-inducing, full-body HIIT workout that will leave you feeling empowered and energized. Using the Tabata protocol of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, you’ll push yourself through a series of challenging exercises designed to build strength, and improve cardiovascular endurance. Tabata Fusion is suitable for all fitness levels, as exercises can be modified to suit individual needs and abilities.
Body Blast
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
Our Body Blast class blends HIIT, EMOM, AMRAP, and interval training to deliver a dynamic, results-driven workout. Expect bursts of effort followed by recovery periods, targeting strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, this class offers scalable exercises to challenge all levels, helping you burn fat, build muscle, and improve overall fitness in every session.
Core & Control
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE
This 45 minute core-focused class is designed to build strength from your center outward. Through integrated, intentional movement patterns, you will learn to stabilize the spine, align the body and develop a deeper connection to your core muscles. Each sequence challenges balance, control and coordination. Expect a smart progression of exercises that target deep stabilizing muscles while improving posture, strength and body awareness. You'll leave stronger, more aligned and connected to your center.

Yin Nidra
LEVEL: GENTLE
Yin Nidra invites us to slow down, deepen our practice, and connect with our body through long-held postures that target the deep connective tissues. In this class, we combine the stillness of Yin Yoga with the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra. Yin Yoga
LEVEL: GENTLE
Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine with extended holds of postures. This class is suitable to all levels of students through the use of props and modifications.
Flow & Stretch Yoga
LEVEL: BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE

Yang/Yin Yoga
LEVEL: BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE
Yang/Yin is a yoga practice that is focused on finding, restoring and maintaining balance, both physically and mentally. Yang symbolizes the active portion of the physical practice that focuses on developing strength and mobility in the muscles. The movements are tied together with focused breathing to calm your thoughts and help guide you towards a state of stillness in your minds, poses will be held allowing you to go deeper in your practice. The Yin portion of the practice focuses on holding gentle postures for an extended period of time where you will be able to focus on flexibility and more restoration of the body and mind.
Vinyasa Flow
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
This is a steady-paced, creative, non-traditional vinyasa class where each pose is guided by the rhythm of Ujjayi breath. Our most fluid flow, this class embraces vinyasa, sun salutations and unique sequencing that create heat and challenge through balancing, twisting and layering. Most suited for intermediate to advanced practitioners, though can be made accessible to all levels.
Power Yoga
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
In this physical class inspired by the Baptiste Power Yoga sequence, you will experience a faster-paced practice with an intentional focus on deep controlled breathing and building heat in the body through a strength-based flow. Our most challenging and active class is most suited for intermediate to advanced practitioners, though can be made accessible to all levels.
