Frequently asked questions.

  • Yes! We have classes for all bodies, and we want to meet you where you’re at. If you look under the class descriptions you’ll get a better idea of the level of practice for each type of class we offer.

  • Drop-In Classes: We require 24 hours notice for cancelling a movement class. If you 'no show' or don't give the appropriate amount of notice, you will be charged for the full class.

    Class Packs:All classes MUST be used within the 6 months of purchase, which begins as soon as the package has been purchased. If you 'no-show' or don't give the appropriate amount of notice (12 hours), you will be charged the full price of the class and it will be deducted from your class pack.

    Unlimited Monthly Class Memberships: If you 'no-show' or don't give the appropriate amount of notice (12 hours), If you 'no-show' or don't give the appropriate amount of notice (12 hours), you will be charged $12 for class and it will be deducted charged to your credit card on file.

    Auto Renewal Monthly Unlimited Class Memberships: This subscription will auto-renew itself monthly. We require a minimum subscription length of 4 months and ask that you give us 7 days notice before cancelling by emailing us at info@veritymovementwellness.com. If you 'no-show' or don't give the appropriate amount of notice (12 hours), you will be charged $12 for class and it will be deducted charged to your credit card on file.

  • Your yoga mat and a water bottle are the essentials! Don’t worry, if you don’t have your own mat, we do have Bmats available to use.

  • Yes! Reserve your spot through our “Book a class” page to ensure we have room for you!

  • All class packs and memberships (other than our couples packages, of course) are for your use only, they cannot be transferred to another person.
